We look beyond the aesthetics to unpack what’s truly resonating, and whether that feeling is unique to a home or something we can recreate elsewhere. Did that house light you up, or did the styling carry you away? A perfectly staged home allows us to see a its potential, but I promise, it can be recreated. The location, the way the home catches the morning light and it’s true bones (think systems, foundation, age of the roof, that odd smell that I suspect is mold), that’s also a huge part of the process. I help you find the clarity and confidence to make the decisions that align both emotionally and financially.
On the selling side, I reverse that process. I study your home, how it lives, how it feels, and I build a strategy that highlights its strongest, most compelling qualities. Every decision, from preparation to presentation, is intentional, designed to create a connection with the right buyer and optimize your return.
